Our third week and we have already completed our walk around Wales, from Cardigan to the tip of the Pembrokeshire coast, then on through Cardiff. After walking along the Severn Estuary into Gloucestershire, we reached Prestbury, just outside Cheltenham. here we were able to meet Prestbury St Mary's Choir and have a lovely Zoom chat with them. Prestbury is very near the racecourse so as well as chatting about both choirs we were able to catch up with what was happening at the races! Like us, they have a weekly Zoom chat on their rehearsal night. They are just a small choir who sing for the Sunday services but like us they enjoy the occasional social get-togethers and usually meet up at their local pub, The Plough, after services.

It was a slow start to the week covering just under 300 miles but we have had a very active second half to the week with 891 miles being logged! Even though we have passed Devon and Cornwall we are still going to try and meet up with the choirs we have visited there.

Did you see Margaret on Friday evening on That's TV? It was an excellent promotion of our walk. If you missed it, we are hoping you will be able to watch it soon on their FaceBook page. Definitely worth watching.

We have now just gone through the Dartford Tunnel and are heading for the east coast into East Anglia.

Many thanks for the donations that have come in. We are slowly creeping up to our new target of £1500.
